Well it’s officially 28 days later and I’m starting to feel like the walking dead, and from some pictures of me after training I do indeed look like a zombie!! My legs have got a bit of a dull ache going on to say the least, but I have to say it is a welcomed ache, it’s an ache that’s telling me that I’m doing something and getting stronger.

The weight has still been coming off but is now starting to slow up a bit, which is only to be expected, especially considering that I had some beer & pizza Friday night and a big meal Sunday too, a nice steak with jacket potato, roasted red onion and flat mushroom and a side salad. It was very indulgent, and I’ve weighed in heavier this morning than I was on Friday morning, which is somewhat annoying, but in my defence you do need a little treat every once in a while or it’s going to get too much!

So on to the weight itself, this morning I weighed in at 121kg dead, which is up on 120.4kg Friday morning ๐Ÿ™ Never mind, it’ll all come off this week anyway.

So my weight loss was up to 7.4kg in 25 days, but now shows as 6.8kg in 28 days due to my indulgence ๐Ÿ™‚

I’ve now got 6kg to lose in 16 days to be at a good weight for my hospital weigh in on the 12th October. I’m hopeful that I’ll make it but it’s going to be quite tough I reckon, but I will at least get close.

With regards to my C25k.com training plan, I’m on a rest day today, but tomorrow I start on week 4’s schedule detailed below.
