I started to run in to work twice a week, 5.6 miles there give or take, usually Mondays & Wednesdays and it takes me about 50 minutes which is roughly how long it usually takes to drive there!! I take a rucksack with a change of clothes, towel etc with me the day before so I have something to get changed into. I do that so I don’t have to run in with anything other than my phone and work ID.
Nice shower when I get there, followed by a protein shake and I’m ready to take on the day.
