Went to the docs yesterday and I have Phlebitis in my right leg and perhaps something more sinister going on with my right knee.
She’s given me some cream to aid with the phlebitis and advised surgical stockings to sleep in, foot elevated when sat, and to keep active. I asked if I could still ‘jog’ and she said that should be fine, that for this type of condition inactivity will make it worse. It stems from an injury I picked up two weeks back.
The doctor has also referred me to a physio to get my knee looked at. The pain I get is on the inside of the knee and can be excruciating at times. It’s not IT band related I’m guessing as its inside rather than outside of the knee.
