Just got in from doing a half marathon this morning (just a training run, not a race) and worked out that in the past 7 days (Sat – Sat) I’ve run 56.05 miles!!! Bloody hell!!
Amazing when I look back on things, in April I was struggling to run 5k non stop and in the past week I’ve done a 20 mile run in 3 hours 10 mins, a 13 mile run in 2 hours and 3 x circa 10k runs at an hour a pop!
