I’m really happy to be out there running again, even if it is bloody hard work at the moment. Better still is the fact that I’ve dropped 4lbs (1.8kg) this week just by cutting out some crap and running again.
It’s a good start, but there is still a very long road ahead of me with a lot of miles to cover. I need to drop another 25lbs (12kg) to get back to where I was before I broke myself!
The Great South run is only 50 days away, can I get back up to 10 miles in that time? I also have The Grim and the Portsmouth Coastal Marathon to do this year too, those are both in December so no pressure *gulp*.
