The treadmill is lying to me!

It must be! What it’s telling me can’t be true. I’ve hit the gym treadmill 3 times since starting back in my quest for fitness. Each time I’ve gone on for 30 minute sessions originally with the intention of run-walking my way to 30 minutes if solid running and eventually building up to 5k.

This has been the result so far.

I’m sure the treadmills are flattering as this can’t be right, not for a 19 stone man who has barely broke a sweat for the past 6 months.
