It’s been a while since I lasted posted any thoughts on here, but I’ve been training and attempting to eat cleaner and tracking my progress on a pretty much daily basis on my Withings.
The result, a nice downward trend in my weight.
It appears that the money I invested in my Withings is paying off a bit. The geeky tech side of me craves graphs and stats for motivational purposes, it likes the Withings, no, it loves the Withings. In fact I pretty sure it wishes it had purchased the more expensive Withings that tracks more statistics!
ps. Only a month to go until I run that famous 10 mile route in the 25th Great South Run in Portsmouth!!
