Lacing techniques for runners

There are many ways to skin a cat so the saying goes, the same is true of lacing up your running shoes.

There are multiple ways that you can lace up your running shoes, each method slightly different and each focused on dealing with various different issues. From black toenails to blisters on your heels these different lacing methods aim to combat that.

Personally, I use the heel slipping method, otherwise known as loop locking. It addressed the issues I was having.
